How does the promotion work?
1. Register a customer account at defensastore.com
This way, your purchases will be saved in your history and linked to your special “claw collection” card.
2. Buy gloves at Defensa Store
Every pair of gloves you order on defensastore.com adds more promotional claws to your card. Claws are also awarded for gloves purchased at discounted prices during current promotional campaigns.
3. Track the number of claws you’ve collected
You can find all the claws you’ve earned in your customer profile. Just log into your account and go to the “Your Claws” section in the customer menu.
4. Claw points accumulation
Your claws will appear on your card only after the order status changes to Completed. This means the products have been paid for and shipped to you. For cash-on-delivery orders, the status will change only after you receive (and pay for) the products.
If you buy, for example, two pairs of gloves in one order, you will receive two sets of claws credited to your card.
5. Change claws for gloves
Once you collect 8 sets of claws, your account will unlock the option to generate a coupon. To do this, click the Change Claws for Coupon button. With this coupon, you can purchase any pair of goalkeeper gloves for just 1 € . Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility.
Note! You can only buy one pair of promotional gloves for 1 PLN per order, and this purchase does not add claws to your card. The promo code is valid for 30 days.
6. Card reset and the promotion starts over
After generating a promotional coupon, your claw card is reset, which means you can start collecting claws again for another pair of promotional gloves!
Note! The claws you’ve collected accumulate — no glove purchase is ever lost.
Example 1: You have 7 claws on your account. With your next order, you buy 2 pairs of gloves, bringing your total to 9 claws. After generating a coupon (which costs 8 claws), the extra 1 claw will be credited to your new claw card.
Example 2: If you haven’t changed your coupon and you have 8 claws, then after buying another pair you will have 9/8 claws.
